Returns and Refund Policy

At Classe, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized products.
